These terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer, place an order from the Navisafe e-commerce platform at www.navisafe.com. Sales on navisafe.com are conducted by Boatysystem Group Sweden AB (556380-6040), Traneredsvägen 112, 426 53 Västra Frölunda, Sweden. When you make a purchase on navisafe.com, you enter into a purchase agreement with Boatysystem Group Sweden AB and acknowledge that you are bound by these terms as well as our Privacy Policy.
These terms and conditions are subject to change, and it is therefore your responsibility to review them before each purchase.

Payment
Shopping on Navisafe.com is safe and easy. Payment is handled by our partner, Klarna AB. Learn more about Klarna’s terms and conditions for various payment options on their website.
Delivery
Our normal time of delivery is 1-3 working days. For orders including products with longer delivery time, you will receive an email from Navisafe with information specific to your purchase. When your shipment has been sent from us, you will receive an email of confirmation with a tracking-id which you can use to trace your order during shipment on the Postnords website or their application. When your order has arrived at the pick-up point you will receive a SMS at the number which you entered during purchase. If delays occur, you will be informed and new information will be received regarding time of delivery.
Prices
All prices on the website are displayed in SEK, EUR or USD depending on location. For customers within EU we apply a VAT of 25%. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes from suppliers, typographical errors in price lists, or inaccuracies caused by incorrect information. Adjustments will be made in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Returns
Boatsystem Group has a 14-day return policy. If you want to return a product within this period, simply contact our customer service. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return freight. If you wish to exchange your product; please place a new order on the product you want and ask for a refund on the original product.
Complaints
If you have any complaints or comments relating to any of our products, or if you wish to return an item that you are not happy with, always contact our customer services at info@boatsystemgroup.com. You need to give us your order number. If you have the possibility to take a photo of the item, please do. This can make the handling quicker.
According to Swedish law you are entitled to return faulty or damaged goods up to 3 years after the purchase. The fault or damage must be due to a manufacturing error and is not valid for normal usage or aging of the product. Any complaints due to faults or damage should be made as soon as possible after detection. In case of complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board of Consumer Disputes.
Price, products and offers
Pictures displaying products cannot be guaranteed to correspond to the exact appearance
and characteristics of the product. We take reservations concerning possible errors in product information and Boatsystem Group has the right to change product information as well as price without further notice.

to change and Boatsystem Group take reservations concerning any possible errors. Boatsystem Group has the right to correct any possible errors. We take reservations concerning price errors, errors concerning discount codes, price adjustments, products out of stock, inventory errors, adjustments in technical specifications and possible typos on our website as well as in advertisements. Boatsystem Group has the right to cancel any order which has apparent errors.
Force Majeure
In some instances beyond our control, we may be unable to fulfil our obligations in these terms and conditions. This could be due to; legal changes, government actions, industrial actions, fire, flooding, an act of war, terrorism, sabotage, larger accidents or similar situations.

Dispute & choice of law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the National Board of Consumer disputes. For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online through the European Commission’s dispute resolution platform, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In the event of a dispute, we will follow the recommendation of the National Board of Consumer Disputes or other corresponding dispute resolution entities. Disputes regarding the interpretation or implementation of these general terms will be governed by Swedish law.
